I realy need HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hi my name is susan im in desperate need of help My fionce children and myself have been living in my house now for 7 months after a long rocky road last year with our house burning down last year then living in a motel for 2 weeks and help from family staying here and there we made it through the tuff time. my children are 6,5,3 & 1 and so this year we filed for our taxes and got enough back to get our own place instead of being crammed in a 1 bedroom apt with 3 dogs 4 kids and 4 adults. So we got our own house with three bedrooms and everything was fine until my fionce became jobless due to no work and then no transportation so we fell behind two months of rent then I turned to action commitee for assistance and they paid for 4 months of my rent in advance and everything was okay. THEN......the sewage pipe had broke in my house in the basement and the lanlord tried to blame it on me so he called the the code enforcement and children and youth services on me well when the code enforcer came he found my lanlord in numerous violations and the inspector just came by a few days ago and dropped of a paper that said he had spoke to my lanlord and his attorney about the code violations and he has thirty days to fix them and the main one is the electrical wires that are bare no tape no caps and just hanging from the ceiling in the basement if he doesnt fix them by september 22nd he is going to issue the house as being condemd and we will have to evacuate the premises immediately I have 4 kids two family dogs and no job Im distraught I have no idea what i am going to do. where will I take my kids I refuse to be homeless with my children they are young and the best thing ever they mean the world to me and they do not deserve to be homeless its not their fault theyre just happy little innocent bystanders so now Im reaching out fast I need help so Im asking for any type of help It will greatly be appreciated  and I believe in karma Its said that if others help you you then learn to share that with the rest of the world and help back an I promise on all four of my children if I can do this for my kids and get them aplace to live by september 22nd by reaching out for help I will volunteer more of my time to services that need my help. Truely and honestly if any one can help me I would greatly appreciate it more than you could ever imagine...
